Alumni and friends help ensure that International House at the University of Chicago fosters a vibrant global community, continuing a legacy of international understanding since 1932.

On Giving Day, we aim to strengthen our commitment to diversity and global engagement by enhancing our Global Voices Performing Arts and Lecture Series public programming, expanding opportunities for graduate students to engage with each other and with ideas from around the world, and growing fellowship and internship opportunities. Your support helps sustain our mission of promoting global citizenship and building lifelong connections.

Join us in celebrating Giving Day by making a gift to International House. Your contribution—big or small—ensures that we continue to serve as “host to the world” for generations to come. Last year, thanks to donor support, we awarded 90 fellowships and 25 internships, hosted over 100 Global Voices Programs, worked together with 65 partners, and provided opportunities for students and community members to build greater cross-cultural understanding. Giving Day funds will support a community working to foster intellectual and cultural connections on campus and around the globe.
